Check Out Zumba
If you want to get in better shape or just learn to shake your tail feathers like Shakira, you will certainly want to check out this dance-crazy workout. There are a number of instructors that teach the Zumba and all of them are brimming with enthusiasm and energy that will transfer right down to your very core. The instructors are very helpful and will take the beginner and turn them into a pro by the time they are done.
Take Advantage Of Parkour
Don’t worry this isn’t like that hardcore parkour that you see on TV where people are running around and maneuvering through rooftops and other dangerous obstacles. The type of parkour was originally developed for military training.
It offers an exciting and unique fitness routine that will get you from point A to point B in the most convoluted way possible. The techniques taught here will teach you about jumping, climbing, crawling, balancing, and vaulting. The class is only limited to 25 students at a time, but everyone from the beginner to the expert is welcome to attend.
Younger Writer Workshop
The Discovery Center isn’t just all about fitness. Sure, it offers a number of fitness activities, but one of the more creative options of the park is the younger writers workshop. There is a little library located on the campus that will help you get your creative juices flowing under the guidance of volunteers and other creative writers.
